What are cookies?

Cookies are a small temporary text file that the server can save on the hard drive of a computer to store some type of information about the user, such as the behavior of said user for their pages.


Do cookies allow access to my personal data?

Cookies are associated with an anonymous user and his computer, and with them it will never be possible to deduce the user's first and last name or read data from his hard drive. Nor will we have access to the information of the Cookies installed from other servers on the user's hard drive.


Can they contain viruses?

(hereinafter “Abakal”), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and other Data Protection regulations in force, hereby informs Users of the Web Site abakal.com (hereinafter “the Web Site”) of the Privacy Policy that Abakal shall apply when processing personal data voluntarily provided by Users to access Abakal’s web pages, apps and any other digital or electronic platform. Furthermore, this Policy shall apply to personal data collected from Users on Abakal’s social media based on the relationship therebetween.
Abakal informs Users of the Web Site that their personal data shall only be obtained for processing when they are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the scope and the specific, express and legitimate purposes for which they have been obtained. Abakal is committed to complying with the Data Protection legislation in force at all times.

    SECURITY

    The Web Site abakal.com has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate signed by the certifying entity Encryption Everywhere in order to guarantee the secure transfer of data between your browser and our Web Page.
    The secure server establishes a connection such that the information is transferred using a 128 bit encryption algorithm or greater, which ensures that the data are only intelligible to the Client’s and the Web Site’s computers. Thus, using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol guarantees the following: :
